The product, surface by surface.
helloACT is a single web application. Nothing is installed; nothing is uploaded unless you pair a second device.
Accounts
- One record per account: service, URL, category, status and the profile it is filed under.
- Business vault kept separate from the personal one; entries never mix.
- Drafts, review queue, subscriptions and renewal dates for the accounts that come back every month.
- Search across service, identifier, URL and notes.

Passwords & credentials
- Password, account number, recovery e-mail, recovery phone and security-question hint: stored masked, revealed one field at a time.
- Two-factor method recorded per account, so you know which accounts are covered and which are not.
- Payment cards by their last four digits; a full card number is refused by the form.
- helloACT does not autofill websites and has no browser extension: it is a record of your credentials, not an agent acting with them.

Purchases & warranties
- One record per purchase: merchant, date, lines, serial numbers, what you paid with.
- Warranty, return window, identity and evidence computed from what you recorded — never assumed.
- For 41 brands, the manufacturer's published Canadian warranty term, with its source and the day it was fetched.
- Link a purchase to the account that carries its warranty claim path, insurance or program benefits.

Loyalty & memberships
- 1,596 programs in three catalogs: loyalty and memberships, gift cards and stored value, business procurement.
- Ordered for your region from your Settings or your browser language — never a picker, never an inferred attribute.
- Recommended lane ranked from what you already hold; sponsored placement labelled and kept apart.
- What you already hold is shown as held, so nothing is offered to you twice.

Account dependencies
- Which account recovers which: recovery e-mail, recovery phone, single sign-on, two-factor channel, payment method.
- helloACT proposes a link from what you recorded; it stays a suggestion until you confirm or dismiss it.
- Recovery hubs are named — the accounts that many others depend on.
- A preflight warns you before you delete a record that another one recovers through.

Financial Control
Mortgages, loans, utilities, subscriptions, tuition, insurance and other obligations in one financial picture.
Financial Control is being built to separate what is due, what is protected, what can wait and where your next available dollar can have the most useful effect — starting from the records you already keep in your vault.
- Obligations & expenses — Every commitment — from rent to a gym membership — with its terms, its cadence and whether it is essential or adjustable.
- Income & cashflow — What is expected, from whom, when and how reliably — salary, contract work, benefits, a scholarship — and what is committed, protected or truly available. Confirmed money and expected money are never mixed, and restricted money is kept for its purpose.
- Repayment planning — Required payments first, then where the next dollar goes. Minimums, essentials and reserves are never spent to accelerate a debt.
- Future provisions — Known annual bills — property tax, tuition, insurance — turned into a monthly amount to set aside, so nothing already known arrives as a surprise.
- Scenarios — What if you pay more than the minimum, lose part of your income, cancel a subscription or receive a lump sum — computed on a copy, never on your real records.
- ACT Assist — A quiet watch over the whole picture: a bill that usually arrives now, a promotional rate about to end, an extra payment that would leave a provision short. It speaks when it has evidence, and says whether it states a fact, a reminder, a recommendation or a warning.
It will plan, explain, compare, prepare and warn. It will not move money, make payments, refinance or negotiate on your behalf.
Status: a first version is in the seed test release — your income, your bills and card minimums, the plan to your next pay, payday and bill check-ins, and a calendar file you can import. Screens will be added after the test. Everything else described here is still being built.
Family — Managed Profiles
- A Managed Profile holds the accounts you look after for someone else, inside your vault, counted on their own.
- Create, rename, open or delete a profile; entries filed under it never mix with yours.
- Convert a profile into a vault of its own, exported under a password the person sets, when they take it over.
- Every managed-profile action is written to your local audit record.

Sharing — Delegated Access
- Choose records, choose a recipient, choose a sensitivity cap; helloACT sends a projection, not a copy of your vault.
- The recipient enters a share code and checks for shares; nothing is pushed at them.
- Revoke at any time — the grant stays in your history as revoked, and the recipient's copy goes on their next check.
- Sharing travels through your sync account, so it needs sync to be turned on.

Continuity
- Lock and unlock across sessions; six interface languages.
- Encrypted backup file; restore in any browser.
- Optional device-to-device sync through a relay that stores only ciphertext.
- Recovery code generated once, kept by you.
